It is hard to put into words the many ways L’BRI has changed my life.  There are obvious ways: not having to nervously add up the price of items as I put them into my grocery cart, earning vacations I never could have dreamed of, leaving my job as a teacher to work my L’BRI business full-time, and being able to give my family new experiences without worrying about finances.

My favorite part has been how much I have grown as a person, overcome my fears, found my place in life, and grown confident in who I am.  My career is not only sharing incredible products, but working to help other people grow the same way I have.  It is a beautiful thing!  Thank you, L’BRI.

November 30th will always hold a profound meaning in my life. On that day in 2012, I received my breast cancer diagnosis—a moment filled with great uncertainty. Yet, the same day brought hope: my promotion to L’BRI Manager. I saw it as a sign that God would guide me through the challenges ahead and that He had big plans for me and my growing L’BRI team.

Fast forward to November 30, 2024—12 years later—and I’m simply in awe of what we’ve accomplished together. Achieving Elite Executive Manager is a testament to the heart-felt leadership of my “spun off” leaders, Kari Logterman, Shawna Bellomy, Mandie Menzer and newly promoted Executive Manager, Jodi Kay Benusa. I greatly admire each of you for your consistency and commitment to your team’s growth and leader development.  I count it a joy and privilege to work with you.

“Together We Rise” has been our team mantra, and this momentous day reminds me just what we can accomplish when we work together. Thank you to my upline leaders, Samantha Anderson, Lori Fandrey, and Gina LaGalbo, as well as the “L-Team” for playing a role in my growth as a leader. Thank you Penny Schmidt, for introducing me to these life-changing products. Who would’ve thought a little ol’ country gal like me could become an Executive Manager? It’s something I dreamed of but struggled to believe could happen. It felt like a promotion meant for someone else.

Everything changed when I realized something good was happening. The belief took over, and I felt it from head to toe. I still remember the day I signed up, holding a secret hope that maybe, just maybe, I could become an Executive Manager someday. I never shared that little dream, but here I am, living it!

The best part of this journey isn’t the title or the success—it’s all of YOU! The camaraderie, friendships, and relationships in the L’BRI family are truly unmatched.

So, I’ll leave you with this: Is it time to believe in yourself? If a country gal like me can do it, so can you.

“I am so MAD! This was my response to trying the L’BRI products for the first time and talking to the consultant who had sent them to me. I was part of another company and wasn’t really looking to change, but L’BRI was different. So, I took the leap! Being part of the L’BRI family has exceeded my every expectation! On my first coaching call with my Executive Manager 3 years ago, she looked at me and said, “You’ll be an Executive Manager one day.” Not wanting to disappoint her attempt at inspiring me, I smiled and said something to the effect of, “Well, we will see.” It hasn’t been easy. Some weeks, I have just been thankful to have the ability to show up. There were circumstances in my life that kept me from being able to do much more than that. My teammates have continued encouraging and supporting me, and we have had such fun along the way! So many have become life-long friends! Even on my hardest days, having someone believe in me, give me tools at every turn, listen to me wrestle with my mindset, and cheer me on has given me the confidence to step out of one comfort zone at a time! I am so thankful I said “YES” to L’BRI! I love serving other people, learning more about our products, and continuing to push myself along the way. Thank you for making me crazy MAD about L’BRI!

I come from a 20 year background in direct sales, all jewelry related. I’m known around town as Silver Suz so when I started selling L’BRI it was quite a shock to most of my customers and friends.  The world of direct sales entered my life when I was a stay at home mom and my son was only two years old. I thought what an amazing concept and opportunity to have flexibility and the freedom to control my schedule without sacrificing my family’s well-being.

I absolutely loved my new found freedom. I flourished, promoted, earned every incentive trip, and always attended National Conference. I was thankful for my new found path in life along with a new circle of friends and supportive sisters. I felt very happy and blessed. Fast forward to the present; after experiencing two companies permanently closing their doors, devastating and heartbreaking as it was, I knew direct sales was in my blood forever! I felt a void. I missed the culture, the sisterhood, the passion and drive I had for selling a product I truly believed in and feeling like a part of something worthwhile and amazing! Not to mention how much I thoroughly enjoyed empowering, mentoring, training and encouraging like-minded individuals to join me on my journey.

After receiving a 7-piece sample of L’BRI from my dear friend and silver sister, Jennifer Scheidt, I thought oh no, not skin care products! That’s the last thing I want to sell. Well, I confess, after seeing and feeling the results and knowing I’m not getting any younger and need to better take care of my skin, and after trying every other product that claims to perform “miracles”, L’BRI was the only one that stood behind their pure natural products, producing REAL RESULTS you want to share with your bestie!

So, I drank the Kool-Aid and joined August 2023, inviting a few of my silver sisters to join me as well. I quickly earned leadership by that December and here I am,a year later, as Manager! I am super THANKFUL and unbelievably blessed and grateful for my amazing Midnight Achievers team who rallied together supporting my Mission to Manager goal! Their ongoing support ignites me to continue moving forward, to learn, and to help encourage each of them to reach their personal business goals. I am truly blown away by the generosity of this fabulous company. The warm welcome I received from so many women across the country upon attending my first convention brought me to tears. It’s humbling to be a part of a company with integrity, class, and a strong grounded mission statement. I love representing L’BRI knowing that I am providing clean, quality skincare ingredients that truly work the way they’re supposed to! That is gratifying.

I look forward to continuing to share the L’BRI love, making it a household name across the country. I will continue setting my goals high, dreaming big, and inviting everyone I meet to join me on my health and wellness journey!

My five year L’BRI plan is to earn Diamond Executive Manager. Oh and by the way, I’m now known around town as Skincare Suz. 🙂

My greatest blessing is being a wife, mother of 3 children, and Nana to 3 beautiful, little girls. For nearly 25 years, I’ve worked full-time in Customer Service and Inside Sales, but my true passion was discovered when I found L’BRI. It all started 11 years ago at a party where I tried the products and quickly saw a noticeable difference in my skin. As someone who never had a skincare routine, I was amazed—and so were others.

After 7 years of hosting, I was invited to become a Consultant. I didn’t know exactly what I was getting into, but I knew I loved the products and wanted to share them with others. Little did I know, my L’BRI journey would become so much more than just skincare. I have been blessed with abundant friendships and a new sense of purpose.

With a busy family life and a full-time job, I’m driven to build my L’BRI business and create the time freedom to spend with my family, especially my beautiful granddaughters. My goal is to make L’BRI my full-time career, and every day I find a way to fit it into my schedule to work toward that dream.

I’m grateful for the incredible leadership and support I’ve found in my L’BRI family and the chance to help others feel as confident and empowered as I do.
