Bank On It Savings Plan 

New L’BRI Supervisors, Managers, and Executive Managers can now earn an extra bonus by being fully qualified each month during the first six months following the promotion.

Supervisors 
When you become a L’BRI Supervisor, we will “save in the bank” for you $50 for each month you are fully qualified as a Supervisor for the next six months.  Then, after the six-month period, we will send you your banked savings.  In addition, when you remain fully qualified for all six months we will DOUBLE your banked savings to $100 per month.  We will send you a check for $600.  Your six months starts the first month after you become Supervisor.
Managers
When you become a L’BRI Manager, we will “save in the bank” for you $100 for each month you are fully qualified as a Manager for the next six months.  Then, after the six-month period, we will send you your banked savings.  In addition, when you remain fully qualified for all six months we will DOUBLE your banked savings to $200 per month.  We will send you a check for $1,200.  Your six months starts the first month after you become Manager.
Executive Managers
When you become a L’BRI Executive Manager, we will “save in the bank” for you $150 for each month you are fully qualified as an Executive Manager for the next six months.  Then, after the six-month period, we will send you your banked savings.  In addition, when you remain fully qualified for all six months, we will DOUBLE your banked savings to $300 a month.  We will send you a check for $1,800. Your six months starts the first month after you become Executive Manager.

*Fully qualified is having the appropriate number of qualified personally sponsored Consultants and group sales volume in the month for your position.

Our BANK ON IT SAVINGS PLAN offers new Supervisors, Managers and Executive Managers the opportunity to earn extra bonuses. These bonuses range from $600 to $1,800 for staying qualified each month for the 1st 6 months at the Consultant’s new, higher Level.

On occasion, a Consultant will move up rapidly in the Marketing Plan. Her 6 month BANK ON IT SAVINGS PLAN might overlap from Level to Level. Here’s an example:

Mary Smith promotes to Supervisor on March 1. She is eligible from March thru August (6 months) to earn an additional $50 each month, if she is fully qualified as a Supervisor. She could double that amount, to $600 in total, by staying qualified all 6 months.

Let’s say that Mary moves to Manager on July 1. How would that change her bonus?

Answer: Mary would continue to earn at the Supervisor Level all the way through August, a total of 6 months (March-August). A Consultant can’t earn BANK ON IT SAVINGS bonuses for the same month at two different pay Levels.

Starting in September, she would be eligible to earn bonuses at the Manager Level ($100 each month qualified). That would continue through February (6 months total: September through February). If Mary were qualified in all 6 months at Manager Level, her bonus would double to $1,200 in total.

This same policy applies to Consultants moving from Manager to Executive Manager.

If a Consultant “double promotes” from Supervisor to Executive Manager, the bonus is based on qualifying for BANK ON IT SAVINGS at Executive Manager Level, only. The same also applies to a Consultant (or Sr. Consultant) who “double promotes” to Manager. She would qualify for bonuses at the Manager Level only.

Promotion Bonus

When a Consultant promotes to the next level in the marketing plan, the first upline qualified Supervisor or above will receive a Promotion Bonus.

  • $50 bonus for every Consultant who promotes to Senior Consultant
  • $100 bonus for every Consultant who promotes to Supervisor
  • $250 bonus for every Consultant who promotes to Manager
  • $1,000 bonus for every Consultant who promotes to Executive Manager
 

Example:
When a Consultant promotes to the next higher title, her direct upline will receive a $100 Promotion Bonus. If the upline’s title is lower than the promoting Consultant, the next qualified upline will receive the Promotion Bonus.

The upline must be fully qualified during the month or months of the promoting Consultants qualification period or the Promotion Bonus will be paid to the next qualified upline.

If a Consultant and a Consultant they sponsored are qualifying simultaneously for the same title, the sponsor will receive the promotion bonus.

Example:
If both are qualifying for Manager in the same months of January and February the sponsor will receive a $250 Promotion Bonus.

Executive Managers and above will receive a Promotion Bonus for every 1st level Executive Manager that promotes to Elite Executive Manager and above.

  • $2,500 bonus for every 1st level Executive Manager that promotes to Elite Executive Manager
  • $5,000 bonus for every 1st level Elite Executive Manager that promotes to Diamond Executive Manager
  • $10,000 bonus for every 1st level Diamond Executive Manager that promotes to Double Diamond Executive Manager
