We sometimes hear from customers who have been unsubscribed from our monthly emails because they may have accidentally unsubscribed, or have been unsubscribed following a period of inactivity. If you have a customer who is interested in receiving monthly promotional emails, but is no longer receiving them, you can share this link with them and the emails should resume.
If they still do not receive the emails, it might be due to other factors, including email filters or sometimes a simple typo. You can contact us at email@example.com and we may be able to identify the issue. In all cases, please make sure your customer has a valid email address and is aware that L’BRI will be sending monthly emails on your behalf. If customers no longer wish to receive our emails, they simply click on the “unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of every email.
