L’BRI Connect users may have seen a recent update that gives you more options when creating and sharing your own content within the app. “My Media” is an update to “My Videos” that allows you to download videos, images, GIFs and audio content to your updated “My Media” section. Now you can upload and manage your own media and share with the same ability to track your results.

iOS users – system issue

The recent update has resulted in a system issue affecting the ability for iOS users to download images from the app. We are working with our developers to resolve this issue and an update will be posted when it has been fixed.

Consultants who use iOS (iPhones, iPads, etc.) can also download images from the Learning Center and save to camera roll then add images in My Media. You can copy the description from the app Toolbox and share through the app so you can still track your results.

To access the Learning Center from the L’BRI Connect app, tap the Business icon at the bottom of the app, then tap “open” on the Learning Center.
