Reaching Elite Executive Manager overwhelms me with emotions of joy and gratitude. I truly believe that you can achieve anything you want in life as long as you believe you can. Sometimes that belief comes from within and sometimes it comes from the power of others believing in us. When I became a consultant 4 years ago, I had no experience in direct sales much less in any sort of leadership role. I watched the leaders around me, built my business consistently, and utilized the incredible tools that L’BRI so graciously provides for us. Not to mention when you hang out with Linda, Lin, Lynn, and Laurie long enough you start believing you can achieve anything.

Reaching Elite has brought me full circle. L’BRI has completely changed my life in such a short period of time. What truly fulfills me as a leader is helping others change their lives. Helping them believe in themselves, reach for more, and then reflect that into their teams. Elite by definition, is a group of people who exercise much influence. So, while I am honored to be named Elite Executive Manager, I am not elite. WE are elite. I’m so grateful for all the leaders and consultants who make up our Elite Lighthouse Organization.

Thank you Linda and Brian for your vision, your insight, and your kindness. I truly have never felt more free and I couldn’t imagine a life without L’BRI!

Five years ago, when I joined L’BRI, I was content with life. I had been a hairdresser for 25 years and running my own private studio for 13 of them. My kids were all getting older and needing less of my time. They were my main focus for all these years and just like that they were growing up!

I found myself looking for something to be a part of, something to give me new purpose, something I could be passionate about. L’BRI became all of those things and more. Sharing L’BRI was natural extension of the beauty field that I had been doing since 18 years old. But these amazing products helped me find a new meaning. As I shared, my business grew, then my team. That made me want more.

I got to watch my team start to thrive and grow themselves. Thank you, Linda and Brian, for offering what you do in this company. I have never respected two people more in this world.

This promotion was not about Me! It was about cheering my teammate Peggy on and seeing her team work together to see her reach her goal of Executive Manager. That is what is so amazing to watch.

I have made life-long friendships with this, I have grown as a person, a wife, a mother, and a leader. I have shown my kids they can go for whatever they want as long as they are willing to work for it.

I love that this happened right as my husband and I became “Empty Nesters.” I am exactly where I need to be from 5 years ago when I was worried about life without my kids being home.

What started as a love for the skin care that transformed my face and a BIG dream to become a stay-at-home Mom to my first son, has turned into 3 years (and counting) of abundant blessings, prosperity and a pathway to success for myself and my team! I am grateful for each and every day I have been with L’BRI. This company and the incredibly people it attracts never cease to surprise, amaze and humble me!

I am married to an incredibly supportive husband and am a stay-at-home Mama to three beautiful children ages 3, 2, and 1 with another blessing due April 2020! This business has awarded me the opportunity to be present to and for them, enjoying each precious stage of their lives, and for that I couldn’t be more thankful!

L’BRI provided me a BRAND NEW Nissan Pathfinder to fit all my babies and more! Coincidentally, L’BRI continues to BE the vehicle for me to help people feel comfortable in their own skin, but also to become confident in their abilities and God-given talents, to grow through their fears and doubts, fulfill their own dreams, and inspire other in the process through their L’BRI businesses!

I am so grateful for my leaders, upline and L’BRI sisters who have inspired, encouraged and supported me along the way, I couldn’t have made it to Senior Executive Manager without all of you! As for the future, I cannot wait to support and watch my leaders and team soar as they fulfill their own dreams while I continue to love on my babies and keep dreaming myself. I have been with L’BRI since May 2018 and never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be in direct sales especially since I already had a full-time job as a City Letter Carrier for USPS.

The first time I tried L’BRI, I was at the Grand Rapids Women’s Expo and I sampled the rejuvenating facial peel on the back of my hand. Like us all, I was blown away! Not only did I experience very dry hands from my job, but they were so cracked they would start bleeding. I knew I wasn’t leaving without this little jar of orange goodness. This is how Haylie Cobb persuaded me to get a skin care set, all because of that peel!

When I ordered, Haylie shared the L’BRI Opportunity with me, saying that Michigan was in need of ladies to share these amazing products. I said there was no way I could, I was way too busy and I was NOT a salesperson. The funny thing is, I signed up a month later! I look back and laugh at the excuses I gave her. I have learned that you make time for the things you want in life. I have so many goals and dreams that I can’t wait to achieve. And I want to help my team grow and make all their goals and dreams into realities. I am 23 years old and I will have my own house in 2021, all thanks to L’BRI. I look forward to looking in the mirror a year from now and not even recognizing the woman who stares back at me because she has blossomed into an aspiring leader with a heart full of happiness.

I am a Madison Wisconsin Bucky Badger mom, to three grown athletic successful kids and to four furry babies. With the support of them, their spouses and my husband Steve, L’BRI was the perfect choice. After retiring from 35 years in the early childhood education field, choosing direct sales was a bit scary. Not for long! I was embraced immediately by my extended L’BRI family! I found a direct link in both careers, now as an educator of healthy skin care and in mentoring my awesome team, as I did with college student teachers. I could also challenge myself, to reach higher and use my creative side. It was truly the products and company philosophy, that pulled me in.

What I have experienced has inspired me to wake up each day with a positive purpose. We can sometimes lose that a bit, after our kids move away. The discounted products, bonuses, recognition, raises and earning these luxurious trips, is a definite win!

When creating my team name, the Shooting Star Believers, I kept each of my teammates in mind, as well as our L’BRI family tree. A shooting star is symbolic for reaching our ultimate destiny! Though that destiny is a perpetual journey! I plan to continue to grow, learn and go outside of the box, as I venture forward while supporting and guiding my team, so they can reach for the stars.

I am so thankful for this recognition! With the support and guidance from L’BRI, from Executive Managers Jean Uhlmann and Lori Stone, as well as an incredible team of amazing women, my heart is overflowing! I live in mid-Michigan with my husband of 36 years and my mini golden-doodle Teddy. After raising two handsome sons and working in retail banking for 25+ yrs I found myself without a job due to a disability from a serious illness that had taken a toll on me physically.

I stumbled on L’BRI when visiting family in Wisconsin in 2016. I remember feeling so happy that I actually felt well enough to drive by myself from Michigan! I immediately loved it and kept calling my Consultant Kristen Hardy in Wisconsin and ordering more….and more!

So, after being asked several times, I joined for the discount in 2017. I gave facials to my friends and family to take advantage of the Fast Start incentives and I started making money! And then my niece wanted to have a party and she needed a booking and so on and so on!

This small business of mine was just what I needed. I had a purpose again!  I love helping my customers and the relationships I’ve developed with them. I’m thankful that I am the CEO and can set my own schedule and spend as much time as possible with my granddaughter Zoe in Wisconsin as my “work” easily travels with me.

A huge thank you to my daughter-in-law (and now teammate) Marlee Hill to introducing me to L’BRI. To Kristen Hardy for being an amazing mentor. And Gina LaGalbo for the time she takes to create training opportunities for everyone who wants to go for it!

Like many of us, my L’BRI journey began with falling in love with the products. For almost two years, I took advantage of the discount and consultant perks until I was inspired by my wonderful mother, Susanne Meyers (my downline who I call my “boss”). I watched her easily inspire so many people, and earn two free trips to Jamaica along the way. I was then determined that we were going on the next Founder’s Club Trip together!

As a NICU nurse, my passion is helping people. Just six months ago, I began sharing L’BRI with my friends and family and found so much joy in helping others not only find products they love, but feel more confident in their own skin. One of my original goals was to make a little extra money that I could put towards paying off student loans. I was surprised that I quickly surpassed this goal simply by sharing L’BRI, being genuine, and consistently working my business.

I am grateful for my team who continually supports and encourages one another. Working alongside my mom, grandma, sister-in-law, and all the amazing members of Team Elevate is the highlight of my business. This journey has been so fun, and I’m lucky to have the continued support of my family and my boyfriend Brandon. I look forward to what’s to come and am eager to continue growing within this amazing company. I am so thankful for L’BRI!

Promoting to Executive Manager wasn’t really about the car for me, but, more about the fact that I grew myself and my team and DIDN’T GIVE UP.

This month I earned my first four-digit paycheck on top of my four-digit bonus check. All because I chose to work hard and help others.

This not only allowed some financial stress to be lifted, but for my family to finally have some options. If nothing else, this year has taught me that nothing is impossible. If you want something, you just have to do it.

This can be you. You just have to decide to start.

I am a very goal-focused person and track everything when trying to obtain that goal. Once I learned the L’BRI compensation plan, I put my 25 years of direct sales experience to work and focused on hitting Executive Manager in my first 60 days. Recruiting is easy because my skin has never felt or looked better. Being able to help someone with their self-esteem can give them a confidence that can truly change the direction of their life. I love helping others and introducing them to L’BRI is helping them become their best version possible. While I’m doing this, I also earned the trip to Cap Cana. It just seems like the perfect job to me.

I celebrated two years with L’BRI on November 4.  When I first started, I let Jo Ruth Hancock know it was just for friends and family, not a business! Boy, did that change quickly and for the better. I could not believe how it just spread like wildfire and people were falling in love with this aloe-based skin care from all over. I built relationships with customers and started changing lives one face at a time!

At the beginning of 2020, I had mentally given myself a goal to reach Executive Manager by the end of the year! When COVID hit, I thought, “That’s it…my business is going to fail because no one will want to spend money on skin care.”  I literally let that thought linger for about 20 seconds and I decided I was not going to let it stop me.

I worked hard and continued to share L’BRI with everyone I could and built a team that is on fire. It just goes to show you that sometimes obstacles arise, but those obstacles only stop you if you let them. I certainly would not be where I am without my team and I am so grateful for each of them! I am so proud of their desire to lift each other up and help achieve whatever they are striving for.

I have had the privilege of having amazing leaders throughout my direct sales journeys. I wouldn’t be where I am today without their guidance and belief in me! I am so very thankful for the Lord’s blessings, for my family and my clients who are so loyal in supporting me in this adventure.

I have been a work from home mom for the last year. I have struggled in the past with working long hours at many different companies to make ends meet. I struggled just to make it to work when my child is off school, or even when she is ill. As Hannah gets older, I realize that working from home was my only option due to my daughter’s special needs.

I was so excited that Maria Harvey called me and invited me to try L’BRI. I had been a part of Maria’s team in the past for another direct sales company, and we always had so much fun working together. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and kind friend to work with. L’BRI products are amazing and I am so excited to share them with my friends and family.

Once customers try our products, they want more of them. They sell themselves, all I need to do is introduce them and share them. Since I started in August, I can’t believe how much my life has changed. I double promoted in September, and now again in November. L’BRI offers unlimited support, training, and recognition for their Consultants. I even won two trips to the Dominican in 4 months! I have finally found my home. I can work all the hours that are convenient for me and be with my family too.

Thank you Brian, Linda, True Colors Team, Maria, and all my team for your true support this year. I can’t wait to see how far we soar in 2021.
