Beginning March 1, 2022, our system will no longer be able to accept new ACH payment requests due to change in the system requirements for processing these transactions. Payment options on or after March 1 will be limited to credit cards or debit cards.
If you or your customers are currently using an established ACH withdrawal for recurring payments such as monthly technology fees or autoshipments, no action is required. You can continue to use this payment method, but cannot update the ACH information on file without being required to switch to a credit or debit card. Monthly technology fees for new Consultants and new autoship customers will need to use a credit or debit card for those items.
