NEW EXECUTIVE MANAGER

NEW Executive Manager – California
Ginger Clark

I was introduced to L’BRI in 2009 as a first time hostess, but I wasn’t really expecting anything to help my acne-prone skin. Boy, was I wrong! My skin healed and the acne went away, the scars and pits were smooth and my rosacea was gone! When it came time to reorder, I decided to join as a Consultant – but I was NEVER planning to do shows and work the business. Then, during National Convention in 2014, L’BRI “got into me” as they say. I decided then and there that I wanted more.

Fast forward and here I am, Executive Manager! I never thought I could get to this level. I didn’t get here alone. I am so very thankful for my team, the support of my family and my leaders.

The personal growth I have experienced is unbelievable. I never thought I was capable of such growth. L’BRI is much more than a skin care company. It’s a family! The friendships I have gained and the encouragement along the way are truly a blessing.

There are no limits! I am so extremely grateful! This really is a beautiful way to live.

Congratulations Ginger!

NEW MANAGER

NEW Manager – Illinois
Crystal Gonzales-Miller

I’m from rural Wisconsin and was introduced to L’BRI skin care at a home show almost 10 years ago. L’BRI is the only answer that I had needed for my sensitive skin from my preteen years. I faithfully used the products and watched my niece Amber Juslen succeed as a leader at L’BRI for many years now. I currently live in Illinois and work as a registered nurse. With 17 years of experience, I have a great career and income. I joined L’BRI as a Consultant for a side hobby and a way to spend girl time during the lockdown of Covid about 17 months ago. I started out slow but after 3 months I began working my business with purpose and being consistent. That has truly paid off. I am going to Cape Cana with my husband!

I am grateful for the positive vibes and sharing amongst my fellow Consultants. This business is professional and kind. I’m thankful to Linda and Brian for giving us leaders and trainers who only promote positivity! Thank you to all my fellow Consultants for generously sharing our business tips and tricks. The way we build each other up is unmatched. Lauri Langill gives us what we need to hear. Be consistent, work the program, attend your training, and some days just quit. Don’t quit out loud. Quit in your head. Take a break from people, and reset. You will be ready to jump back in refreshed and ready to go.

Promoting to Manager, my goals have extended to being an amazing leader. I am learning from the best! Special thanks to Kelly Skladanek who is the Queen of Facebook parties who has helped myself and my team on multiple occasions. Maria Burgos and Amber Juslen for hosting amazing training boot camps that push us to practice what works but does not come naturally.

Thanks to Amber for believing in me and never giving up. You asked me to be a Consultant for year after year, and time after time. You definitely do not let the word “no” stop you! Thanks to my husband for supporting my hopes and dreams. I hope to support my daughter Sierra Gonzales, as she builds her future as a successful fellow Consultant. The sky is ours. GO TEAM!

Congratulations Crystal!

NEW SUPERVISORS

NEW Supervisor – Iowa
Cathy Jo Crall

I have been the owner-operator of L & C Photos, a professional portrait studio, for the past 41 years. I live in Albia, Iowa with my very supportive and loving husband of 35 years and our four-legged pups, Sophie and Kona. We enjoy country living and traveling when time allows.

I had been looking for something new in the skin care line for a couple of years and had tried everything, high-end, low-end, you name it – I tried it! Nothing was addressing my areas of concern even though they all claimed they would! Then a cousin invited me to a L’BRI party she was hosting. I really didn’t have high hopes, but I sent for samples anyway and to my surprise after the first use I knew I needed to continue. By day 4 I was hooked; my skin had never felt so good!

With so many products from head to toe that I wanted to try I decided joining for the discount would be worth a try. After doing some research and finding L’BRI was not well-known in our area, I decided to start sharing and I haven’t stopped since! I can’t say enough about this wonderful company, I am so impressed with the care L’BRI shows their Consultants and customers. High five to a great company with great leadership!

I hope to continue promoting and sharing L’BRI! I’m hoping continued growth will allow me to slow down a little bit in the studio and enjoy life even more!

Congratulations Cathy!

NEW Supervisor – Wisconsin
Roseann Fasi

I first tried L’BRI in 2017 while on a work trip with a colleague. I was blown away after doing the Facial Peel, and my skin never felt better! A co-worker was a Consultant and I offered to have a show, so I could earn free products. After getting $200 in credit, and a $75 booking credit, I was able to get the Anti-Aging Set and so much more! After just 2 weeks, people asked me if I had any “work” done or Botox! No, it was L’BRI!

I stopped using L’BRI for a few months, (I was working long hours, and stopped taking care of myself). I started again, and once more, my skin felt great and I had a glow!
I have been a speech therapist for 37 years, a mom to 3 adult, married kids, and Nana to 5 darling grandkids. My job at the hospital had gotten very stressful, and the long hours were draining me. I wanted to cut my hours to part time, so I could spend more time with family, travel, and enjoy life! But I wasn’t sure I could afford it, as I am single.

In February 2021, after hosting another successful show, I heard about the “Join for a $1 special” I talked about it with a very close friend, who was battling Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. She told me to “GO For It!” She had been at my very first show, and loved the product too. Unfortunately Bev lost her battle, but she inspired me to make enjoying each moment a priority. I am so happy I listened to Bev’s advice. Now her daughter Jenn Neu, is on my Go For It Team!

I unexpectedly lost my job in May, and due to an error my boss made, I didn’t get unemployment. I poured myself into my L’BRI business and it literally kept me from getting depressed, and I made an income as well! I credit L’BRI with getting me through a very tough time in my life. I am able to work part time as a speech therapist, in a less stressful environment, because I have my own business, and I am proud to be part of the L’BRI family. Getting a phone call from Brian Kaminski a week ago, blew me away. I have never felt so appreciated at any job ever!

Congratulations Roseann!

NEW Supervisor – Texas
Andrea Gerlach

I live in near Austin, Texas with my hubby and two dogs. I have two grown daughters so my husband and I are enjoying our empty nest. I am currently a Elementary Special Education Teacher, but hope to retire in the near future and share L’BRI full-time.

During the pandemic I tried a sample of combination trio and fell in love right away. A friend had a party in September of 2020, I ordered a trio set and then in November I ordered the starter kit. I ordered for the discount, but knew fairly quickly that L’BRI products are to be shared.

I loved learning, growing and changing people’s lives with skin care and I am excited about the amazing opportunities L’BRI has to offer. Once I realized I could do this, make good money and leave a stressful job, I set my mind on leadership. I have invited several people, who love the products, to join for the discount. They quickly realized sharing the products with others is fun, which allowed me to promote twice in 2 months.

I fell short of the trip by several points, but I was 3/4 of the way there. In 2022 I plan to earn the trip! I am enjoying having a team and can’t wait to lead more people and share more. My goal is to reach Manager by March and Executive Manager before the summer ends, hopefully sooner.

What I am enjoying most about my business is the connection I have with people on my team. These women are so giving, loving and willing to help at any time. I also love meeting new people and sharing the products.

Congratulations Andrea!

NEW Supervisor – Indiana
Jana Peters

I live in northern Indiana with my husband Keith and our 3 girls. We enjoy bike riding, hiking, and playing at the lake together. I have the privilege of working part time at Cornerstone Christian School, volunteering for Run Hard. Rest Well., and promoting L’BRI.

I started to notice deep laugh lines forming and decided to try some products advertised on TV. However, these products were not good for my skin. Kristy Lauzon (who would later become my manager) posted on her Facebook page about an all-natural facial product and told me about a deal I could be a part of. That “deal” was to become a L’BRI Consultant! I joined and fell in love with the products.

It has been fun sharing L’BRI products with friends and family members. I love when someone decides to try L’BRI for the first time. I love hearing their amazement when the product works! I would love to tell them, ” I told you they would work!” Instead, I smile and listen to their stories.

I am truly grateful for the aloe-based products from L’BRI. I am thankful I have the opportunity to share these products with the people in my life. Thank you to the many people who have helped me achieve this goal!

Congratulations Jana!

NEW Supervisor – Wisconsin
Katrina Seavers

I live in small town Central Wisconsin, population less than 500, with my husband, Jake and our two children, Shyann (13) and Landon (11). We are a farming family, raising cattle and pigs.

I had heard of and even tried L’BRI in the past, but my priorities weren’t what they should’ve been. I previously roofed homes with my dad for 15 years and never wore sunscreen…I know. Just as I knew that I needed to change how I took care of myself, I was offered a free week trial of L’BRI samples. Day one – blown away; day two – knew I needed more and; by day three – I wanted everything! I joined for the discount, but was already sharing L’BRI anyhow, so thought I would share enough to support my L’BRI habit! From there I can’t seem to stop sharing!

The best part of being a Consultant is hearing how much you’ve helped someone. Whether it’s gaining confidence, helping them rid the discomfort they have had for years or helping them finally find what works for them.

I don’t know exactly what my future holds, but know with L’BRI is only up from here! I would love to be in position where I could share L’BRI full time, giving me time freedom for my family and myself. I also know I have God’s blessing in this, as nothing along this journey has felt forced. I have only bettered myself as a whole since I’ve started and I feel so grateful for this opportunity!

Congratulations Katrina!
