Tax forms being mailed to eligible Consultants
Consultants who earned more than $600 may receive multiple 1099 forms from L’BRI depending on the type of income that was earned. These forms will be mailed before the end of January 2024. If you earned less than $600 from L’BRI in 2023, you will not receive a Form 1099 from us.

L’BRI will mail a Form 1099-NEC to report 2023 earnings of $600 or more calculated from weekly commission checks, monthly bonus checks or other eligible income. Examples of L’BRI income reported on the 1099 NEC include: Show Me the Money, Sponsoring Cash, Starter Kit rebates, Car Bonus or Insurance, President’s Circle and Founders’ Club Trip for Consultants who do not go on the trip.

L’BRI will also mail a 1099-MISC if earned prizes and/or awards are $600 or more. The total amount listed in the Form 1099-MISC will be calculated from the value of any prizes and awards earned in the calendar year. Examples of L’BRI prizes and awards reported on the 1099-MISC include Fast Start/Jump Start product credits, or trip earners who go on the Founders’ Club trip.

Consultants must maintain their own income and expense records to satisfy applicable Federal, State and local income requirements and are responsible for reporting income earned. If you are not sure what must be reported, please contact a tax advisor or the Internal Revenue Service for assistance. L’BRI is not responsible for providing Consultants with tax advice. For complete tax information for direct sellers, Consultants are responsible for seeking guidance from the IRS, their tax preparer, or accountant.
