Now when you use the Notes tool in your Customer Management tool, you’ll notice that the Personal Notes and Product Notes indicated by the name at the top of the two columns. Within these columns you can see at a glance if you have no notes on a customer, one note, or more than one as indicated by the color and number. You can also sort these notes by column.
If you add a note and do not see the color or number change, simply refresh your screen and check again. If you have any questions or need assistance using this new feature, contact email@example.com.
