Cancellation Policy:

We understand that you may, for unforeseen circumstances, need to cancel your Convention registration. Even if you cancel your registration, L’BRI may still be responsible for the cost of materials, meals and event-related expenses planned with your registration in mind. Therefore, the timing of your cancellation does make a difference. Cancellations received after June 18 2018 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  Any registration fees paid over and above the $50 cancellation fee will be refunded.

There are no refunds available for cancellations after July 1, 2018. In the event of cancellation after July 1, participants will receive the option to have their convention materials shipped to them, at their expense, in lieu of cancellation.

Convention Day Cancellations

For those who miss the event or need to leave before they receive their products, arrangements can be made to have Convention materials shipped at their expense. Contact events@lbri.com for additional information.
