Effective April 1, new credits issued will only be redeemable for products and will no longer apply toward tax or shipping costs.

To see which type a customer has, you can look at the issue date or view the description. If the date of issue was before April 1, the credit may be used for tax or shipping.

If the credit shows the word “PRODUCT” it may only be applied toward the purchase of a product.
