On November 6, we sent you an email with shipping updates and reminders so you can keep on top of the latest information during this busy shipping season.

New shipping emails and tracker

Tracking packages can be a lot of fun as it gets closer to its destination. We think you’ll enjoy the new emails and the tracking numbers that link to our new tracking system. You can click on the link at any time during the delivery process to get the current status of the packages.  These emails replaced our current notices beginning on November 8. Please note: The new tracker does not work with Internet Explorer. 

Christmas shipping deadline is December 10

If it needs to get there by Christmas, make sure to place orders by or before Monday, Dec. 10.

Due to the increased shipping volume for all businesses anticipated during this season, it’s always best to plan ahead and get holiday shopping AND shipping wrapped up early.

To share this friendly reminder with your customers, use one of the images available in the Media Gallery in the Learning Center. You can find them in the “Holiday” category. 

Keep on top of shipping times

Did you know that each day, a shipping update is posted in the Business Center?

To view the entire message, click on the Shipping Alert and it will open to show you which order dates are shipping for Consultants and customers.

Expedited processing and handling always available

For an additional $10 we will give your package priority processing and make sure it is shipped on the same day you place the order. Requests made before 2:00 p.m. CST will ship same day. We will not be able to accommodate expedited order requests made after 2:00 p.m. CST. The $10 is in addition to any S&H charge on the order. $10 will be billed at the time of the request and paid via credit card.
