L’BRI Connect 3.0 is here!

The updated app is quicker, smoother and makes sharing L’BRI even easier!

Check out the new tutorial to get the latest tips. It can be found in the LEARN tab > Sharing Resources > Sharing a Resource (first video).

If your app doesn’t update automatically, check out the troubleshooting tips below for both the desktop and mobile versions to help you get started. Or, watch the replay of episode #10 of the App Factor for an overview of the updates.

Mobile

Refresh the app – it should auto-update. If not, go to the App Store/Google Play, search L’BRI Connect, and tap on UPDATE.

If you don’t see the new training in your mobile app, you should clear your cache.

Tap on “More” at the bottom of the app, then “Settings.” Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap the “Clear Cache” button.

Doing so will log you out of the L’BRI Connect app and you will need to log back in using your Business Center credentials (email and password).

If your app does not auto-update after refreshing, clearing your cache, or updating the app, you may need to delete and reinstall the app.

Desktop

Go to lbriapp.com – it’s the easiest route to access the desktop version of L’BRI Connect.

• We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
• Add it to your favorites/bookmarks so you can access it easily in the future.

Log in using your Business Center credentials (email and password).

Once in the app, be aware that there is a 1-hour window before the system logs you out of L’BRI Connect if there is no activity happening. Because of this, we recommend only having ONE tab of L’BRI Connect open. Otherwise, the system will countdown on your other inactive tab.

If you are having issues in the desktop version of L’BRI Connect, try clearing the cache on your browser or using an incognito/private window to log in.
