You asked, and now it’s here! The Client Profile Card (#9620P) is similar to the Client Profile & Game Card (#L9617P), but only asks for the client’s information. It will be included in the three standard Starter Kits along with the game card version.Both forms are available online in the Learning Center in the Customer Care section, and can be ordered in a 10-pack as a Consultant order in the Printed Materials section of the Consultant shopping cart. The cost per 10 pack is $0.95.
