We are currently reviewing the Deep Clean Toner 2% Salicylic Acid Pore Clarifying Solution due to an issue involving the formation of small crystals in some bottles of the Toner. As a result of this review, effective September 20, 2021, this product will be unavailable to purchase individually, or as part of the Excessively Oily & Acne Trio, Set, and Collection which will also be unavailable.

While this issue does not affect the effectiveness of the product, it also does not meet our expectations, and we are working with our manufacturer to make corrections. In testing the product and troubleshooting this issue, our lab found that the crystallization issue is a result of the high amounts of Salicylic Acid in this product and the ingredient’s sensitivity to heat. The current issues we are experiencing can be linked to extreme temperatures during transit of the product this summer. Until we can replace our current inventory, this item will be unavailable as noted above.
