A few months ago, I wasn’t sure I had it in me to start over after 21 years of leadership with my previous company. But then, I tried L’BRI. The skin care won me over, and the heart of the company reminded me why I’ve always loved this industry.

I joined without a big plan, just a love for the products and a willingness to share them. Since then, I’ve promoted to Executive Manager faster than I ever expected.

One of the things I’m most proud of is leading alongside four incredible women as part of The Verra Collective. We’re a sisterhood of five former Thirty-One leaders who’ve come together to build, grow, and lead as one united team. We each bring different strengths, but we share one heart and one vision: to help our team thrive with confidence, connection, and simplicity.

What I love most is seeing women fall in love with their skin again and watching our team grow in a space that’s collaborative, supportive, and fun. My goal is to keep building a community rooted in confidence and connection.
